Chief Executive Officer and President TSS, Inc
As Chief Executive Officer and President of TSS, Inc., Mr. Angelini is responsible for setting the Company’s growth and operating strategies, managing relationships with TSS’ shareholders ensuring customer satisfaction, and directing activity in support of the Company’s long-term growth and profitability.
Mr. Angelini has over 20 years’ experience building and operating services organizations. Anthony has broad experience with international operations, and his businesses have serviced Fortune 100 companies worldwide. Anthony last served as CEO of Zomax, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, providing fulfillment, eCommerce and manufacturing services. While at Zomax, Anthony implemented a number of growth strategies that lead the Company to be recognized by Fortune and Forbes as one of the fastest growing small companies. He joined Zomax in 1998, following the Zomax acquisition of three companies that he co-founded. These companies provided program management, fulfillment and reverse logistics to the technology industry. Since 2007, he has worked as an independent consultant assisting a number of companies on their strategy and operations.
Chief Technical Officer, TSS, Inc.
As Chief Technical Officer of TSS, Inc., Mr. Gallagher provides executive leadership and corporate direction. His responsibilities include strategic planning; financial and project oversight for the corporation; executive management of key projects; and the development and maintenance of key client associations.
Mr. Gallagher has more than 25 years of experience in a diverse Technical and Management services background including Design, Engineering, Large-Scale Project Management, and Executive-Level Facility Management. He is well known in the mission-critical industry because of his significant experience in the capacities of Property and Facility Development; Design and Engineering; Construction; and Facility Management. Mr. Gallagher has designed, specified, and managed the construction of the following systems: Power, Mechanical, Security, Fire Protection, Life Safety, and Energy Management for large commercial and mission-critical facilities throughout the United States and has managed over 250 technical and professional personnel.
Mr. Gallagher earned a B.S. Degree in Fire Science from the University of Maryland and a B.S. Degree in Organizational Management (summa cum laude) from Columbia Union College. He has also earned a Certificate in Contract Management from George Washington University. Mr. Gallagher has authored numerous publications related to site selection of mission-critical facilities, emergency power distribution techniques, and control systems for mission-critical facilities.
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, TSS, Inc.
Mr. Olsen is responsible for sales and marketing strategies at TSS. He will oversee business development efforts, the sales and marketing teams, and channel partner development.
Mr. Olsen has over 15 years of experience in technical system sales, sales management and marketing for the mission critical infrastructure and data center industries. His career has spanned from Europe to the United States with extensive experience in product development, innovation and corporate strategy. Mr. Olsen previously served as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Active Power, Inc., a manufacturer of uninterruptible power systems and modular infrastructure solutions for data centers. Other leadership positions that Mr. Olsen has held are with Wright Line LLC, an Eaton company and global data center infrastructure provider, as well as American Power Conversion Corp., a Schneider Electric company and a global UPS manufacturer in both the US and Europe and Asia.
A holder of three U.S. patents, Mr. Olsen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the International Business College at Kolding, Denmark and holds a certificate in Corporate Strategy from Harvard Business School.
As Chief Financial Officer of TSS, Inc., Mr. Penver is responsible for all finance, accounting, human resources, IT and administrative functions for TSS.
Mr. Penver has over 20 years of experience managing growing technology and manufacturing organizations. Prior to joining TSS he was the Chief Financial Officer at Fallbrook Technologies, Inc., a privately-held manufacturer and licensor of mechanical transmission technologies from November 2012 until March 2014. From February 2005 until October 2012, Mr. Penver was the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Active Power, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACPW), a manufacturer of uninterruptible power systems and modular infrastructure solutions for data centers. Prior to Active Power Mr. Penver held a number of senior financial management positions including with Silicon Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGIC), Factory Logic, Inc. and Deloitte & Touche LLP, in the United States and in Australia.
Mr. Penver holds a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting degree from Monash University in Australia. He is a certified public accountant and also a Chartered Accountant.
